Due to the highly unpredictable nature of our products, returns and refunds may take anywhere from 1-10 business days, or 1-10 business weeks, or 1-10 business months, or possibly never.
We reserve the right to send you a new bag, a slightly used bag, or a completely different bag altogether, at our discretion.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you a full 100% satisfaction guarantee... of sorts.
