Don't be that one person who posts at 3 AM after a night of binge-watching cat videos. Your followers will thank you.

• Post when you have something interesting to say.
• Post when you're feeling generous with your thoughts and opinions.
• Post when you're trying to get a reaction, but not too many reactions. You know, for your own sanity.

Peak hours: when everyone else is posting, so you're not alone in the darkness.

Off-peak hours: when you're alone in the darkness, but still posting.
