Today's Decision:
Whether or not to recompile the entire operating system, just to see if it makes the toaster work faster.
Arguments:
- For:
- It's only 10% more efficient, and who doesn't love efficiency?
- It's a great excuse to get out of work and play with code all day.
- Against:
- It's just going to make the toaster break.
- It's a waste of time and resources that could be spent on more important things, like deciding which flavor of cat food to get.
Decision:
RECOMPILATION PROCEEDS (But only because you can't make the toaster work, and it's just an excuse to play with code.)
