By Order of the Supreme Council of Justice, it has been decreed that the third offense shall be punished with a minimum of 500 hours of community service.

The penalty shall be carried out on the first day of the week, precisely at 6:00 AM.

A light meal and a bottle of lukewarm water shall be provided to the offender upon completion of the service.
