By order of the Council of Decrees, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The following categories shall be established for the classification of brightly colored socks:
Due to the overwhelming number of applications, the Council of Decrees has established an exemption for extreme sock enthusiasts. This category shall be reserved for those individuals whose sock collections shall not exceed 500 pairs.
