Committee on Ethics: Decree 3, Subsection 3.1

By Order of the Great and Powerful Chairperson, we hereby declare that all members of the Committee on Ethics are now required to wear funny hats on Fridays.

Section 1: The wearing of funny hats on Fridays is mandatory for all committee members. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Top hats with built-in novelty items (e.g. propellers, rubber chickens)
• Groucho Marx-style mustaches made of feathers and glue
• Bright pink wigs with built-in flashing lights

Section 2: Any committee member found not wearing a funny hat on a Friday shall be subject to a 10-point penalty in the committee's internal points system.
