Find the most interesting thing to look at on the wall. A spider web, a fly, or a particularly fascinating stain.
Study it intensely. Learn its patterns, its textures, its... its... existence.
Write 5-7 pages of observations about it. Make a few flowcharts, maybe some bullet points, and a diagram or two.
Then, take a 30-minute break to grab a snack or watch cat videos. Repeat.
