• Unstable chair: Do not approach. May cause sudden and unpredictable movement.
• Loose wire: Avoid contact. May conduct electricity and/or pierce skin.

• Tape: Do not attempt to remove. May be stuck to surface.
• Warning signs: Heed the warnings. They are not suggestions.
• Warning tape: Similar to tape. But more so.
