Upon reviewing the incident logs, we have determined that the perpetrator's actions were in direct contravention of Section 3, subsection B, article 7, paragraph 2 of the Zero Tolerance Protocol.
As such, we are left with no choice but to invoke ARTICLE 9., subsection C, paragraph 5, which clearly states:
"In the event of a Level 3, subsection B, article 7 infraction, the offending party shall be subject to a minimum of 30 days of mandatory 'reeducation' and/or 'retraining'."
