Subpage 1: The Bubble Penalty

Background:
The Bubble Penalty is a little-known provision of the Zero-Tolerance Protocol that deals with the consequences of excessive bubble-related activities. According to Article 7, Section 3 of the ZTP, any individual found guilty of creating, maintaining, or participating in the formation of bubbles of any size or shape shall be subject to severe penalties.
Punishments:
- First Offense: 100 Bubble-Units (a unit of measurement specifically designed for this offense)
- Second Offense: 500 Bubble-Units and mandatory Bubble-Deprivation Therapy (BDT)
- Third Offense: Revocation of all Bubble-Related Privileges, including but not limited to: bubble-blowing, bubble-riding, and bubble-watching
Case Studies:
Meet Jane, a 32-year-old Bubble Enthusiast who was caught blowing bubbles for 17 consecutive hours. She was found guilty of violating the Bubble Penalty and was sentenced to 500 Bubble-Units. She is currently undergoing BDT and regrets her decision to major in Bubble Science in college.
