Objective: To simulate the effects of a catastrophic event on a densely populated urban area, while maintaining maximum situational awareness and response times.

Scenario: A 5.0 magnitude earthquake has struck the city, causing widespread destruction and chaos. As responding officers, you are to navigate the rubble-filled streets, prioritize casualties, and establish a secure perimeter.

Pre-Exercise Briefing:

• Review and familiarize yourself with the simulation map and terrain.
• Familiarize yourself with the response protocol and expected outcomes.
• Don't forget to pack your lunch, you'll be here for a while.

Simulation Conditions:

• Time Limit: 120 minutes
• Weather: Overcast with scattered debris
• Terrain: Urban, with rubble-strewn streets and collapsed buildings
