Zero-Tolerance Protocol Policy 2: The Sequel

Because One Was Clearly Not Enough

As the previous policy was met with widespread confusion and disappointment, the Council of Extreme Governance has decided to create an even more draconian sequel. This policy is designed to be so draconian, so oppressive, so utterly devoid of empathy or reason, that even the most hardened bureaucrats will be forced to question their life choices.
