Initiated on 23rd February 2087. All forms of communication, including, but not limited to: verbal, written, and telepathic.
Rule 1: No one is allowed to make eye contact.
Rule 2: All electronic devices are forbidden from producing any sound above 32 decibels.
Rule 3: All written communication must be in all caps, using only 12-point font.
Rule 4: All forms of music, including, but not limited to: singing, playing instruments, and humming, are strictly prohibited.
Rule 5: Anyone found violating these rules will be subjected to a 3-day silence retreat.
