Step 2: Write it down on the Incident Report Form (IRF)
Step 3: Submit your IRF to the Department of Utmost Concern
Step 4: Receive a sternly worded reply from the Zero-Tolerance Committee
Step 5: Implement the recommended corrective actions, or face the consequences
