Ink Staining Evacuation Procedures for ENVELOPE-123, Ink Staining Event ID: 123

On February 29, 2024, ENVELOPE-123 experienced a catastrophic ink staining event at Ink Tank 3 during a routine maintenance cycle.

All personnel were forced to evacuate due to the sudden and uncontrolled release of Ink-O-Matic 3000 ink staining agent.

Evacuation Protocol
