It was a typical Monday morning when the unthinkable happened. John, the office mailroom manager, realized that he had labeled the company's most important client report as "Junk Mail" instead of "Confidential Client Report". Chaos ensued.
A team of highly trained envelope labeling specialists (yes, that's a real thing) were called in to rectify the situation. Their expert analysis revealed that the label was not only misspelled, but also used a font that was 3 sizes too small for the intended recipient's poor eyesight.
The client was not pleased, and John was forced to resign. The envelope, however, was never seen again.
