Appendix: Operational Procedures

Section 1: Emergency Rations

In the event of an emergency, personnel are required to consume only the most nutritious and deliciously engineered rations.

These rations come in the form of a compact, self-heating pouch containing 3 days worth of sustenance.

Each pouch contains:

• 1 x 100% pure protein bars
• 1 x 100% whole grain crackers
• 1 x 100% fruit leather
• 1 x 100% electrolyte-rich powder

Procedure: In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure of the food synthesizers, personnel are to proceed to the nearest emergency food cache and extract 3 pouches of rations.
