Meditation 101
So, you want to meditate, huh? That's cute.
First, find a quiet spot, like a cave or something. Preferably without the sounds of construction or your neighbor's cat meowing for food.
Next, sit down, close your eyes, and try to clear your mind. Easy peasy, right?
