Manifesto: Section 3

We, the late-comers, shall not be ignored! We shall not be silenced by the early-risers and their incessant chatter. We shall not be swayed by the siren song of the morning sun, which rises far too early for our taste.

Article 3: The Right to Be Fashionably Late

Article 3, Section 1, Subsection B: We, the late-comers, shall wear our pajamas in public with pride. We shall not be ashamed of our slippers and our bathrobes, for they are symbols of our defiance in the face of the early-riser's oppression.

Article 3, Section 2, Subsection C: We shall demand that all public transportation be equipped with beds, pillows, and a never-ending supply of coffee. We shall not be denied our right to a good night's sleep, nor our need for a morning pick-me-up.
