This law was enacted in 300 BCE by the great King Zorvath, who was known for his unreasonable love of unreasonable demands. It was a law that struck fear into the hearts of all who knew it, and it remained in effect for over 200 years, until the great King Blerp decided to repeal it in 500 CE.
