Leg Press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Find a machine that will make you question your life choices.
Lunges: 3 sets of 12 reps (per leg)
Repeat the previous sentence, but with more weight and less dignity.
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps
Because you still have to wear pants after this workout.
