LEG DAY RULES
On this hallowed day, you shall lift, you shall sweat, and you shall conquer.
- Rule 1: Thou shalt not sleep in. Thou shalt be up at the crack o' noon, ready to tackle thy weights.
- Rule 2: Thou shalt not eat thy lunch. For it is a distraction from the task at hand.
- Rule 3: Thou shalt not think of thy excuses. For excuses are for the weak, and strength is for the strong.

Penalties for Breaking the Rules
Failure to abide by these rules shall result in:
- Rule Breaker's Shame: A public shaming on our social media channels.
- Lift-Off: A one-time penalty lift, where you lift an extra 10kg for one rep.
- Loss of Leg Day Privileges: You're grounded from lifting for a month.
