1. Spilled Acid

Learn More Dr. Emma Taylor, our lead scientist, had a close call with a 5-gallon jug of sulfuric acid. The spill caused a 10-foot radius of damage and required an emergency evacuation.

2. Laser Mishap

Read Full Report Dr. John Smith, a graduate student, accidentally turned the laser into his left eye while trying to calibrate it. The laser is currently out of commission.

3. Electrical Fire

View Investigation The electrical fire in sector 4 started when a faulty wiring caused a spark in the mainframe computer. The fire was quickly extinguished, but the computer is still in the shop.
