Article 1: The Mandatory Use of Semicolons
Section 1.1: All written communication within the Empire shall include at least two semicolons per sentence, unless otherwise explicitly exempted.
- Exempted from this requirement are all forms of poetry and song.
- Exceptions to this rule shall be subject to a separate mandate, Mandate 108.

Mandate 101: The Imperative Use of Capitals is hereby superseded by this regulation.
