Justifications 14: The Unconvincing Arguments for Mandates 3

We've been tasked with justifying the existence of Mandates 3, and here are our completely-not-at-all-convincing arguments:

• It's a nice round number.
• We can finally get rid of all the pesky Roman numerals.
• It sounds like a good place to put all the really important documents that start with the letter 'M'.
• We can rebrand the whole thing as 'Mandate 3.0: The Upgrade'.
• We'll never have to explain why we're still on Mandate 2.5.
