Section 1 of the Unyielding Mandate states that users are free to make incorrect decisions without consequence. In fact, it's encouraged.
However, this principle does not apply if you're wrong about the meaning of 'unyielding'. In that case, you'll just have to deal with the Council's stern disapprovals.
