As the supreme governing body of Mandate-Grams, we issue the following official declarations:

Mandate 001: "All citizens are required to use the phrase 'I'm a Mandate-Gram' when entering a public restroom." Mandate 002: "No person shall be seen wearing socks with sandals in public without facing immediate consequences." Mandate 003: "All citizens are required to maintain a minimum of 3.5 inches of personal space at all public gatherings."
