MANDATE OF THE MONTH

This month's mandate requires all citizens to wear funny hats on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of elevator pitch videos
• Forced attendance at community service events
• Forced listening to elevator music
