Submandate 3
For the purpose of maintaining a strict and efficient schedule, the following submandate has been established:
Section 1: All employees are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Section 2: Any employee found to be violating this submandate will be subject to a 1-hour penalty, consisting of an extra-long meeting with the Director.

For the purpose of maintaining a healthy and productive work environment, the following submandate has been established:
Section 1: All employees are required to wear their assigned name tag at all times while on site.
Section 2: Any employee found to be violating this submandate will be subject to a sternly worded warning and a mandatory team-building exercise.
