In a daring bid to reassert their dominance, the Supreme Council decreed that all citizens shall wear plaid pants on Tuesdays.
Article 1: All citizens are hereby mandated to don the most ostentatious plaid pattern possible.
Article 2: The Council shall provide subsidies for the purchase of extra-hold fabric.
