Directive #3-1-4: Mandatory Mocha Fridays

By order of the Galactic Emperor, all citizens are required to drink at least one cup of mocha per week. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 500 space dollars.

Exceptions: Those who have consumed a gallon of coffee within 24 hours prior to the mandate may be exempt.
