Mandate 8.2: The Submandate of Unreasonable Demands

This submandate is a direct result of the original Mandate 8, which was clearly not unreasonable enough.

It is hereby decreed that all citizens must wear funny hats on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced listening to elevator music on repeat
• Forced attendance at a never-ending meeting of the "Committee for the Advancement of Unnecessary Regulations"
• Forced watching of a 24-hour marathon of cat videos
