Step 6: Regulatory Framework (aka "The Stinky Truth")

By order of the Fart Council, all Fart Power Plants must adhere to our strict guidelines:

Article 1: Fart Intensity Levels

• Class 1: Low Fart (LF): 0-20 decibel farts per minute (dFPM)
• Class 2: Medium Fart (MF): 21-40 dFPM
• Class 3: High Fart (HF): 41-60 dFPM
• Class 4: Extremely-Loud Fart (ELF): 61+ dFPM

Any Fart Power Plant found to be operating above Class 3 will be subject to Penalty Regulations.
