By Order of the Supreme Council of Flatulent Artisans, it is hereby declared that all artisanal flatulence shall be subject to the following strict regulations:
All individuals shall be fitted with a state-issued Flatulence Tracking Device (FTD) at birth. This device shall be worn at all times, even in sleep. The device shall detect and record all flatulence events, which shall be used for the betterment of society.
Requests and complaints regarding the FTD shall be directed to the Flatulent Artisans Mandate Enforcement Agency (FAMA). FAMA shall have the authority to fine or imprison those who refuse to comply.
