Implementation Notes
In the year 2024, the Mandate of the Year was decreed by the Supreme Council of the Realm. This document outlines the implementation notes for the decree.
Section 1: The Great Wall of Spam
The Great Wall of Spam shall be constructed on the outskirts of the city, using only the finest imported Spam cans. The wall shall be 500 feet tall and 1000 feet wide, with a moat of molasses on the outside to keep the citizens at bay.
Section 2: The Department of Redundancy
The Department of Redundancy shall be staffed by the most redundant employees in the land. They shall be responsible for doing as little as possible, while being paid the most for it.
