Effective immediately, every pizzeria, chain store, and home kitchen shall be required to dispense a free slice to each and every sentient being who requests it. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Fine of 1,000,000 Galactic Credits
- Forfeiture of all rights to use the term "artisanal" in marketing materials
- Revocation of all pizza-themed rewards and loyalty programs
