Resolution 4: Mandatory Mocha Breaks
By a vote of 7-0, the council decreed that all meetings shall now begin with a mandatory 15-minute mocha break, during which time all attendees must consume a minimum of 2 cups of artisanal coffee.
This resolution is retroactive, applying to all meetings since 2018.
Implementation details will be handled by the Ministry of Mocha and will be announced in a separate memo.
Amendments to this resolution are not allowed, but suggestions for new resolutions are welcome.
