This year's runner-up award for Best Cuddle Buddy goes to a very special canine companion, known only as 'Bubbles the Unyielding'. Bubbles has been a constant source of comfort and snuggles to their human family, who are still recovering from the trauma of their previous pet, a cat named 'Squirt the Unrelenting Menace'. Squirt would frequently wake up the family at 3am demanding to be let out of their bedroom, and then proceed to 'accidentally' wake up the family by meowing loudly in the kitchen.
