Resolution 1000: The Logic of Duct-Taping
By order of the Intergalactic Council of Duct-Tapists, this resolution declares duct-tape to be the ultimate tool of problem-solving, creativity, and general-purpose holding-it-all-together-ness.

The Council hereby declares that duct-tape shall be used in all situations where:
1. The thing in question is broken.
2. The thing in question is not broken, but you're feeling anxious.
3. The thing in question is not broken, but you're feeling creative.
By this resolution, all duct-tape shall be considered equal, but some shall be more equal than others.
