The Resolution of the Ancients

In the year 429 BCE, the Great Oracle of Delphi, a wise and venerable sage with a penchant for drama, decreed that all disputes between the people of the land would henceforth be resolved through a series of Binary Dodge competitions. The rules were simple: two combatants would face off in a series of one-on-one battles, with the victor earning the right to settle their grievance as they saw fit.

Ancient Resolution 429

The resolution of the ancient world was as follows:

• Article 1: All disputes shall be resolved through Binary Dodge
• Article 2: The victor in the Binary Dodge shall be granted the right to impose their will
• Article 3: Any attempts to negotiate shall be considered a breach of Article 1 and shall result in a fine of 1000 talents

And so the people of the land were free to settle their scores, with the mighty and the meek alike, all vying for supremacy in the arena of the Binary Dodge.
