A resolution passed in a time before time itself, this ancient arbitration decision sets the standard for all future disputes.

It was a grand day when the great and powerful Arbitrator, Zorvath, sat in judgment over the petty squabbles of the village elders.

After much hemming and hawing, Zorvath decreed:

Resolution 427:

Article 1: The village shall have one and only one village elder.

Article 2: The village elder shall have the power to make all decisions.

Article 3: All other village elders shall be bound by the decisions of the single village elder.

Subarticle 3: Amendments.
