Resolution 2, Section 1, Sub-Section A: "Donut Toppings are a Necessity"
WHEREAS, the donut shop in question has been a staple in our community for years, bringing joy and happiness to many, the council hereby declares that donut toppings are an essential component to any donut purchase.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any donut shop found to be lacking in donut toppings shall be subject to a fine of $100 and a sternly worded letter from the Council of Bakers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL, that all donut shops shall be required to carry at least the following donut toppings: sprinkles, chocolate chips, and crushed nuts.
