Rule 4 of the Mini-Panic-Room Etiquette clearly states that, when a patron becomes sufficiently flustered, they are permitted, nay, required to let out a blood-curdling scream. However, please note that this privilege is only afforded during business hours. Outside of these hours, patrons are asked to contain their panic and refrain from scaring off the janitor.
