Monday Mandate #6: The Sandwich Mandate
By the power vested in me, Mandatorius Maximus, I command you to:
Make a sandwich, but not just any sandwich. A sandwich with the power to fuel your Monday mind.
Here are the steps to create a sandwich fit for a mandator:
- Choose a foundation of whole grain bread. None of that whole wheat stuff. Whole grain is just a myth, comrade.
- Add two slices of turkey breast, thinly sliced, but not too thinly. You want to feel the satisfaction of biting into a chunk of meat.
- Crunchy lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and a slice of cheddar cheese. The trifecta of texture and flavor.
- A dollop of mayonnaise, because, well, it's mayonnaise. It's not like you're going to use it for anything else, are you?
And there you have it, comrade. A sandwich fit for the gods, or at least for a mandator on a Monday morning.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a meeting with my therapist. This mandate has taken a toll on me.
