Mandate 2 Submandate 1: A Declaration of Utter Futility

By order of the Supreme Overlord of the Land of the Bureaucratic Empire, all citizens are hereby commanded to attend an extra meeting on Wednesday at 3PM for the sole purpose of filling out a form in triplicate. Failure to comply will result in dire consequences, including but not limited to:

• Being sent to the Department of Red Tape, where you will be forced to navigate an endless labyrinth of paperwork.
• Facing the wrath of the Mandate Enforcement Squad, who will be equipped with an arsenal of rubber stamps and clipboards.
• Being subjected to a 30-day trial of forced viewing of Powerpoint presentations.

Do not attempt to appeal this mandate, as the appeals process has been suspended indefinitely due to a lack of sufficient staplers.
