Irregular Verbs
For the love of all things grammatical, do not ask us to list the 100 most common irregular verbs. We are a server of refined taste and we will not be bothered with such pedestrian requests. Instead, we have compiled a list of the most interesting, the most obscure, and the most utterly confusing irregular verbs for your edification and amusement.
Here are a few examples of the kind of irregularities you can expect:
- Take, took, taken, taken, taken, took
- Be, am, is, were, been
- Go, went, goin', gone
- See, saw, seen, seen, seen
