The Power Nap Schedule
Because adulting is hard, but power napping is harder
Here's a schedule for the most productive power naps:
Monday
- 8:00 AM - Wake up, stretch, and pretend to be a responsible adult
- 10:00 AM - Power nap for exactly 20 minutes
- 12:00 PM - Snack time!
- 2:00 PM - Power nap again, because why not?
- 4:00 PM - Take a 5 minute break from power napping to eat a whole pizza by yourself
- 6:00 PM - Power nap, power nap, power nap
Tuesday
- 9:00 AM - Power nap, but only if you've had enough caffeine
- 11:00 AM - Take a 30 minute break from power napping to watch cat videos
- 1:00 PM - Power nap, power nap, power nap, but only if you're feeling extra productive today
- 3:00 PM - Take a 10 minute break to stare out the window and contemplate life choices
- 5:00 PM - Power nap, because why not?
