A Brief History of Procedure 3

In the year 2000, Procedure 3 was born out of a drunken night of coding and a can of spray paint. It was meant to be a revolutionary new way of doing... well, whatever it was meant to do. Unfortunately, it didn't quite work as planned.

Key Features:

• It had a lot of tabs.
• It was really loud.
• It made a lot of people cry.

Today, Procedure 3 is still around, but mostly just as a cautionary tale of what not to do.
