We've got quantum fluctuations in the space-time continuum, and our best guess is that it's caused by the coffee machine in the break room.
Our team of expert scientists (and one guy who just really likes science) are working tirelessly to figure out how to get back on track. Or maybe we're just making it all up as we go.
