1. Robots must be able to dance the Robot. The Robot is a dance that involves moving your arms like a robot and making 'beeping' sounds with your feet. See below for an illustration.

2. Robots must wear a pair of high heels, which will be provided by the Robot Dance Challenge. The high heels will be made from a rare, exotic metal alloy known as "Danceium."
3. Each robot must have at least one functioning wheel.
